Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a more intentional pace of care with longer appointment times that allow for deeper, more comprehensive treatment. You will be part of a collaborative provider team that supports one another in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license (Minnesota)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Preferred experience in Emergency Room or Urgent Care settings
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• Ability to manage a broad scope of primary and acute care conditions
• Interest in expanding into specialty services
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute illnesses and minor injuries while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. This position would be primarly in Alexandria with flexability to go to St. Joseph is preferred.
Qualifications
•Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute medical concerns.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth specialty care across multiple states. This role focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care in areas such as hormone optimization, weight management, metabolic health, and preventive wellness. The ideal candidate is passionate about whole-person care, comfortable building long-term patient relationships through virtual care, and committed to collaborating closely with patients’ primary care providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive healthcare.
Responsibilities
•Conduct virtual patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
•Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for hormone, metabolic, and wellness-related conditions.
•Collaborate with patients’ primary care providers to coordinate care, share treatment recommendations, and support continuity of care.
•Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostics within scope of practice.
•Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY
The MedSpa Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional, concierge-level experience for every med spa client. This role serves as the face of the WELL & Company MedSpa, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, informed, and cared for throughout every interaction.
As the expert in our med spa services, products, memberships, and systems, the Customer Experience Specialist guides clients through their aesthetic journey while supporting providers and maintaining a seamless client experience from arrival through follow-up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience
- Create a warm, personalized first impression for every client.
- Welcome new clients with a curated gift and guided tour of the med spa.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage long-term loyalty and trust.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the hospitality and professionalism of the WELL & Company brand.
- Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and answer questions.
Client Education & Concierge Services
- Become the subject matter expert on all med spa treatments, skincare lines, memberships, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Educate clients on available services and products while helping them understand treatment recommendations from providers.
- Assist clients with scheduling future appointments and creating long-term treatment plans.
- Help clients navigate memberships and maximize their benefits.
Operations & Systems
- Maintain expert knowledge of all med spa software, scheduling systems, workflows, and client communication platforms.
- Coordinate welcome gifts, retail displays, educational materials, and client resources.
- Ensure the reception and retail areas consistently reflect WELL & Company's luxury standards.
- Support providers by anticipating client needs and creating an organized, seamless flow throughout the day.
Business Growth
