- Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs
- Assess client conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Educate clients on aftercare, wellness practices, and recommended treatment plans
- Adhere to all licensing laws and regulations for massage therapy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Valid MN Massage Therapy License
- Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and other massage modalities (additional certifications are a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and positive attitude
- 1+ year preferred
Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician

JOB SUMMARY
WELL & Company is seeking a talented and passionate Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our St. Joseph team. This unique role allows the right candidate to offer both therapeutic massage and high-quality skincare services to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
- Perform customized massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty techniques
- Provide professional skincare treatments, including customized facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments for massage and skincare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
- Educate clients on aftercare, skincare routines, and wellness practices
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Valid MN Massage Therapy & Esthetician License
- Experience in both massage therapy and skincare services (additional certifications are a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
- 1+ years experience is preferred
