Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a more intentional pace of care with longer appointment times that allow for deeper, more comprehensive treatment. You will be part of a collaborative provider team that supports one another in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license (Minnesota)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Preferred experience in Emergency Room or Urgent Care settings
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• Ability to manage a broad scope of primary and acute care conditions
• Interest in expanding into specialty services
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform procedures within scope of practice
• Build long-term patient relationships through extended visit times
• Collaborate closely with a team of providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, personalized care
• Expand scope of practice to include hormone optimization and weight management, with training and clinical support
